The Golden Card and roadside assistance services

In order to expand the offered services, insurance services under the title of Golden Card and assistance services were classified and provided to a group of vehicles manufactured by Iran Khodro Company from the year of 2001, and then these services were expanded to all manufactured vehicles by Iran Khodro.

Repairs 

If the vehicle faces a technical defect but is capable of moving and its moving doesn’t lead to more damages or accidents, please contact the call center (number: 096440 or 021-88612121) or go to one of the authorized agencies of Iran Khodro Company. 


Accidents and incidents 

Compensation payment is obliged to the Golden Card and assistance services accounting the following criteria and in the case of two or more cars collision, hitting a stationary or moving object, hitting of another object to the car, overturning and collapsing of the car and the damage under the vehicle. 

In the event of an accident please first call the police or judicial authorities and make the accident report or its sketch. 

(Note that the above report should be complete and written on a letterhead dated, numbered and endorsed by the stamp of mentioned authorities). Then please follow the terms mentioned in the services manual of the company. 


Car replacement 

This plan is available to the damaged vehicles that needs repairs and the fees of repairing is more than 60% of vehicles total value before the accident or the vehicle reconstruction is not possible according to the company's experts or the repair process takes a long period of time. 


Car replacement steps 

The owner or his legal counsel should refer to the central office or regional offices of Iran's Emdad Khodro Company complete the request form and do the paperwork. 

Then a company's expert would be sent to the parking where the damaged car is placed to authenticate the car and the accident and report the vehicle inspection. 

The expert of the case, then reviews the case, determine the damage and the joint share of vehicle's price. 

The subscriber submits the original receipt of deposited money to Iran's Emdad Khodro Company bank account.

Issuing and sending the letter of introduction to the marketing and sale administrative assistant of Iran Khodro for issuing the deed and delivering the deed of requested vehicle according to the issued introduction letter.


Periodic maintenance 

For periodic maintenance use one of following methods:

Contact the call center with the number of 096440 and request the in place service or obtain admission from agencies. 

In person visit to one of the authorized agencies of Iran's Emdad Khodro Company across the country.

After receiving the permission from Iran's Emdad Khodro call center, the service assistant is obliged to provide all services (according to the following tables) in the customers requested place or in authorized agencies of Iran Khodro Company. (It is worth mentioning that periodic maintenance decreases car depreciation and increases its lifetime. 

After receiving the service, if approved, please sign the invoice.

According to the car repairs standards, tune- ups and replacement of consumable items, oil spills and liquids in the intervals between periodic maintenances is not covered by assistance services. 

For periodic maintenance you can refer to the authorized agencies of Iran Khodro or contact the call center and use the Quick Service, this is only available in the time of subscription validity, for determined kilometers and during the interval of 500 km before and maximum of 1500 km after the determined kilometer.
